Yes, we provide medication management services for individuals who may benefit from psychiatric medications as part of their treatment plan. Our providers carefully monitor effectiveness, adjust dosages as needed, and work collaboratively with you to minimise side effects.

We bill your insurance after each visit. Once your claim is processed, any remaining balance (copay, coinsurance, or deductible portion) appears on your statement, typically within 2–4 weeks. You'll receive a secure link from YourHealthBill to view and pay online.

Yes. If a balance is difficult to pay in one go, email info@healinghorizons.us or call 480-393-3515 and we'll arrange a plan that suits your situation. We never want finances to be a barrier to your care.

Most plans are required by federal law (the Mental Health Parity Act) to cover mental health care the same way they cover physical health. Call the member services number on the back of your card, or let us verify your benefits for free before your first visit — including copays, deductibles, and any prior authorization requirements.

Often, yes. SPRAVATO® is FDA-approved and covered by many commercial plans and Medicare for treatment-resistant depression, and many plans cover neuropsychological/ADHD testing. Coverage varies by plan and may require prior authorization — we check and obtain approvals on your behalf before your first session or evaluation.

SPRAVATO® (esketamine) is an FDA-approved nasal spray for adults with treatment-resistant depression or major depressive disorder with suicidal ideation who have not responded adequately to antidepressants. It is administered in our office under medical supervision through a certified REMS program. Ask our team if you might be a candidate.
